We want you to cherish your DÔEN pieces for years to come, but we understand if a fit isn't quite right. We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred resolution, whether it is an exchange for a different size, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Prepare the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking information handy; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
